Virtual psychotherapy for adults — grounded in evidence, delivered with warmth. Specializing in anxiety, depression, and OCD. Available across Florida, New York, and 40+ PsyPact states.
I started this practice because I wanted to do therapy the way I always thought it should be done — evidence-based but never robotic, structured but never rigid, and always rooted in the actual human in the room.
My doctorate is in clinical psychology, and I've spent the last 13+ years working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, life transitions, and the kinds of patterns that quietly run our lives until we decide to look at them.
Whether you're in crisis or just curious, in a moment of breakdown or a moment of breakthrough — I'd rather meet you where you are than where you think you should be.
Specialized training, real-world outcomes, and a treatment approach tailored to who you are — not what your diagnosis says you should be.
Generalized anxiety, panic, social anxiety, health anxiety. We'll figure out what's driving the cycle and build a real-world toolkit — CBT, somatic awareness, exposure work — so anxiety stops running the show.
Learn moreWhether it shows up as low mood, stuckness, or grief that won't lift — we'll move at a pace that honors where you are, while gently widening what feels possible again.
Learn moreSpecialized training in Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) — the gold-standard treatment for OCD. Effective even with sub-types that have been hard to treat elsewhere.
Learn moreNo two clients get the same therapy. These are the modalities I'm most trained in and reach for most often, woven together for the work in front of us.
Identifies the thought patterns and behaviors keeping you stuck and replaces them with ones that work. Practical, structured, and grounded in decades of research.
A compassionate, parts-based approach. We get curious about the protector, the perfectionist, the wounded one — and help them work together instead of fighting.
Focused on the relationships and roles in your life — because so much of how we feel is shaped by how we connect. Particularly effective for depression and life transitions.

PsyPact is an interstate compact that lets licensed psychologists provide telehealth across participating states. It means you can keep me as your therapist if you travel, relocate, or split time between two homes — no need to start over.
It depends entirely on the work. Some clients come in for a focused 12-week course of CBT or ERP. Others stay for longer, deeper work. We'll talk goals and pace early on, and revisit as we go.
Monday through Thursday, 10am–5pm Eastern. Friday, 10am–2pm Eastern. If those hours don't work for you, mention it on the consult — I'll be straight with you about whether I can accommodate or refer to a colleague who's a better fit.
The first step doesn't have to be a session — it can just be a 15-minute call. No commitment. Request a time online or pick up the phone, whichever feels easier. If we're a fit, we'll talk next steps. If we're not, I'll point you toward someone who is.
